| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对山东省开展大众体育工作的人、财、物等资源配置情况进行调查与分析。结果显示:山东省大众体育工作发展态势良好,社会体育指导员人力资源配置率高于全国平均水平;经济投入稳中有升,侧重社会效益;场地设施不足,低于全国人均水平,与体育大省称谓不符。建议:政府加强大众体育资源的投资力度,尽快完善具有社会化、人性化特征的全民健身体系,加速山东体育强省的建设步伐。

| Abstract: | It used the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interviews to experts etc.to investigate and analyze the disposition of resources of persons carrying out popular sports work and financial and material resources for carrying out popular sport etc.in Shandong Province.The results show that the developmental situation of the popular sport in Shandong is good,where the dispositive rate of manpower resources of social sports instuctors is higher than the average level of the whole country;the economic investment goes up steadily and lays emphasis on social benefit;but it is short of ground facilities,per capita possession is lower than the level of the whole country,which doesn't conform to the title of grand sports province.It suggested that government should strengthen the dynamics of investment in popular sports resources,perfect the whole-nation-fitness system with socialized and humanized characteristics as soon as possible and quicken the steps of Shandong construction of strong sports province. |
