| 摘 要： | 采用现场统计、测量及问卷调查等研究方法，对国家级足球裁判员临场执法的体能负荷等进行研究。结果表明。临场执法时的运动强度以大强度为主。因此应重点提高足球裁判员的无氧代谢供能能力。

| Abstract: | By the on - the - field statistics, the measurements and questionnaire and so on, the author studied the physical energy load of national - class football referees in judging. The results reveal that the exercise intensity in judging is mainly the heavy intensity. Therefore, the author suggests that the anaerobic capacity of football referees should be improved as the major aspect. |
