| 摘 要： | 采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法，在系统论述素质教育的概念、特征、内容的基础上，提出了学校体育实施素质教育的途径与方法，即，转变学校体育教学观念；把健康教育和学科能力培养，作为素质教育中的重点；根据素质教育的要求，构建新的学校体育与保健课程体系。

| Abstract: | By Combining theory with practice and on the basis of systematically expounding the concept,features and contents of quality education, the authors put forward the way and method of conducting quality education in schools' P. E. That is: to change the educational ideas in schools P. E.; to lay stress on health education and the cultivation of discipline capacity in quality education of schools' P. E.; and to construct a new system of schools' P. E. and the subject of health protection according to requirements of quality education. |
