| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比较等研究方法,对职业体育联盟的组织模式进行分析。提出:职业体育联盟是为满足俱乐部自身功能需要而产生的一元契约性组织,其组织模式的形态主要表现为封闭式联盟和开放式联盟两种形态,联盟的组织模式及形态规定和制约了其经营、利益分配与激励模式。

| Abstract: | The research methods of literature,comparison etc. were applied to analyzing the organizational model of professional sports leagues.It brings forward that professional sports leagues are centralized contracted organizations produced to meet the needs of clubs' own functions,their formations of organizational model are mainly expressed with closed leagues and opening leagues,and the operation,profit distribution and inspiration models are determined by leagues' organizational model and formation stipulation. |
