| 摘 要： | 运用政治学、经济学理论分析政府竞技体育管理职能的基本含义,讨论市场经济条件下我国政府竞技体育管理职能变迁的方向.认为:在由体育大国向体育强国迈进的过程中,政治功能不可能成为发展竞技体育的唯一价值取向,并且这一中心领域对其他领域的限制程度将会逐步弱化;应根据竞技体育产品的性质,明确政府自身的职能定位,在竞技体育领域形成多中心治理格局.
