| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料及调查研究法，对我国竞技体育后备人才市场结构、影响因素进行分析。认为，竞技体育后备人才市场结构主要包括市场主体、市场载体、市场法则、社会保障、教育培训、调控体系等。主要受到人才市场的发展动力、市场保障、择业意向、升学意向等因素的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Using the research methods of literature and investigations, the present paper has made an analysis of the structure of sports reserve talent market of our country and its influential factors. It believes that the structure of sports reserve talent market mainly includes the market subject, market carrier, market rules, social protection, educational training, regulative and control system, etc., which is mainly influenced by the factors such as the developmental motive force of talent market, the protection of market, intention of occupation selection, the intention of entering a higher school and so forth. |
