| 摘 要： | 采用高速摄影与影片解析的方法,对我国优秀男排运动员的沙滩排球与室内排球扣球技术动作进行了运动学比较研究。结果表明,沙滩排球与室内排球扣球技术动作间的差异,主要体现在助跑与起跳两个关键的技术坏节上。其原因在于,沙滩排球助跑过程对重心的稳定性要求较高;起跳过程中的体能消耗较大,纵跳高度低于室内;击球时对控制球的能力要求较高。

| Abstract: | By high-speed photograph and film-analysis,the author analyzes and compares the spike techniques applied by the players both in beach volleyball and indoor volleyball. The results show that the difference of spike techniques performed by the players both in beach and indoor volleyball exists in the approach run and taking-off . Beach volleyball needs higher stability of player's centre gravity than indoor volleyball does (In the process of taking off ,more body energy is uaed with lower height in jumping;while hitting the ball,the players must have higher capacity of controlling it. |
