| 摘 要： | 目前我国体育产业存在规模不大、结构不合理、产品有效供给不足等供给端问题,制约体育产业进一步发展。分析体育产业供给侧改革的时代价值和体育产业高质量发展的内涵与动力,指出当前体育产业供给侧改革存在不平衡与不充分并存、扶持政策不完备与工作体制不完善并存、有效供给不足与有效需求不足并存、市场主体活力不强与市场化配置效率不高并存等困境,应从政府、市场、社会和产业等4个层面完善体育产业供给侧改革的内在逻辑。建议从增强生产要素投入、培育体育市场主体地位、破解体育产业结构性矛盾、完善体育产业体系等方面入手,促进体育产业高质量发展,助推供给侧改革顺利推进。

| Abstract: | The further growth of sports industry is limited by supply side problems,such as minor industry scale and unreasonable structure and product undersupply etc.With the analysis of the era value and the connotation of high quality development,it is staled that some dilemmas restrict the steady progress of supply side reform of sports industry.The dilemmas include the coexistences of imbalanced and insufficient development,the incomplete supporting policy and working system,the insufficient effective supply and effective demand,as well as the weak vitality of market main body and low efficiency of market-oriented allocation etc.The internal logic of the supply-side reform of the sports industry needs to be built from the four levels of government,market,society and industry.Hence the supply side reform path of sports industry is put forward,which takes enhancing the input of production factors,cultivating the dominant position of sports market,solving the structural contradictions of sports industry,and improving the sports industry system. |
