| 摘 要： | 采用规范研究和实证研究方法，对我国竞技体育优先发展战略的形成、发展进行了回顾与总结。认为，中国竞技体育优先发展战略是特定时期社会、经济、文化的产物，而竞技体育的发展可以脱离一定时期社会经济等条件的限制实现优先发展。竞技体育优先发展战略的实施，在短期内迅速提高了我国竞技体育水平，但在相当程度上又阻碍了群众体育的发展。

| Abstract: | By the methods of criterion and demonstration research, the present article reviews and summarizes the formation and development of the strategy for giving priority to the development of competitive sports in China. It holds that the strategy is the social, economic and cultural product of the special time and the development of competitive sports can be carried out to realize the priority development by breaking some limited conditions of social economy in certain situation. The implementation of the priority development strategy is doomed to increase the level of the competitive sports in China in a short period, but at the same time it will hover mass sport development in a considerable degree. |
