| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对中国体育软实力的建设经验、成就以及战略措施等进行探析。认为:在经验方面,中国体育软实力建设既服务于国家的政治大局,又围绕体育核心软实力建设。在成就方面,中国体育健儿取得的竞技运动成绩投射出巨大的影响力、说服力与民族凝聚力;中国竞技体育"举国体制"具有重要的政治辐射力;中国体育外交取得卓越贡献;武术文化及其价值观具有感召力。在战略措施方面,要加强中国体育软实力理论和政策研究;深化竞技体育体制改革;提高竞技实力;提升体育文化制度的实现力等。

| Abstract: | The method of literature was used to make an approach to and analysis of the experience,achievements and strategic measures etc.of soft-strength construction of China's sport.It shows that in the respect of experience,the soft-strength construction of China's sport not only serves state political overall situation,but also centers on sports core soft-strength construction;in the respect of achievements,the competitive sports performances gained by China's skilled athletes have brought about immense powers of influence,conviction and national coacervation,"whole-nation system" of China's competitive sport has an important political radiation power,China's sports diplomacy has made outstanding contribution and Wushu culture and its value outlook have inspiration power;and in the respect of strategic measures,it's necessary to intensify the theoretical and policy study of China's sports soft strength,deepen the reform of competitive sports system,enhance competitive sports strength,increase the realization force of sports culture system and so on. |
