| 摘 要： | 揭示了新时期“三从一大”训练原则的深刻内涵，即克服一切困难和敢于突破难点是训练的根本；高标准训练和管理是训练的关键；科学的大负荷训练是保证。提出创新、“以人为本”、深入了解运动专项特点和规律、加强运动队组织文化建设、提高运动训练的科技含量等贯彻“三从一大”训练原则的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract: This study has revealed the profound connotation of the principle of training that should be hard, strict, geared to the needs of actual combat and carried out with heavy load in a new stage, i.e. overcoming all difficulties and daring to break difficult points is the fundamental of training, setting high demands on training and management is the key of training, and scientific and heavy load training is the guarantee of training. It has also pointed out the countermeasures for implementing the above training principle, such as making innovations, taking human beings as essentials, deepening the understanding of the characteristics and laws of specific events, strengthening the cultural construction of sports teams, increasing the scientific and technical content of sports training, and so on. |
