| 摘 要： | 对我国体育经纪人市场的供需矛盾问题进行了分析和探讨。认为:我国体育经纪人的需求空间不断扩大,体育经纪人的供给势头旺盛,但我国体育经纪人市场的供需矛盾问题突出。表现为:体育经纪人的供需市场缺乏规范,供给市场与需求市场缺少联系;体育经纪人供给市场资源开发利用不足。我国体育经纪人市场供需矛盾的原因在于:管理体制不完善,立法滞后,市场以及人才培养不规范等方面。

| Abstract: | It made an analysis of and approach to the supplydemand contradiction existing in the sports broker market of our country.The results reveal that the space of demand to sports broker in our country is being increasingly enlarged and the supply situation of sports brokers is getting well, but the supply-demand contradiction is still very sharp,which is concretized as that the supply-demand market of sports brokers lacks standard,there is short of the connection between supply market and demand market and the exploitation and utilization of supply market resources of sports brokers are not enough.The reasons causing the supply-demand contradiction of sports broker market in our country lie in the aspects of management system being imperfect,legistation being lagged,market and talent training being irregalar and so forth. |
