| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和理论分析等方法,对休闲体育的演进、分类、特征和价值等进行研究.认为:古代原始社会和农业社会,生产资料逐渐丰富,催生了休闲体育的萌芽;近代工业革命生产方式的改变,休闲体育得以兴起;现代信息社会随着生活方式的变化,休闲体育逐渐成为人们生活中的重要内容.在对休闲体育进行分类的基础上,揭示休闲体育时间支配的自由性与活动参与的自主性、兴趣性和身心娱乐性等基本特征.休闲体育的发展对于人的自我实现、生活方式的建立、生命质量的提高具有重要价值,进而提出休闲体育发展方向.
