| 摘 要： | 回顾了马特维也夫在创立运动训练理论和方法体系方面所作的贡献,评述了其学术思想的特点,尤其对马特维也夫创立的理论和方法体系中的核心问题之一——竞技状态,作了详细剖析,并对现代竞技运动中按照竞技状态发展的规定性安排运动训练过程问题,进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Reviewing the contributions made by L. Matveeev to founding the system of the sports training theory and methods,the author gives comments on the characteristics of his academic ideology in the present papar. Especially,one of the key problems in Matveev's theory and method system, the playing condition,has been given a minute analysis. At the same time, the author elaborates the arrangement of sports training process according to the development regularity of playing condition in the modern athletic sports. |
