| 摘 要： | 在界定市民社会内涵的基础上,分析我国市民社会发展的滞后现状,指出无论是从代表民众利益的相关社会组织的数量层面,还是从其行使社会功能的质量层面,均存在突出问题。认为,我国市民社会发展滞后导致非营利性体育社会组织的异化,具体表现为:非营利性特征异化,其营利冲动日趋强烈;现行"似官非官,属民非民"的自身属性异化;功能异化;公共性部分丧失;参与性发生异化。对我国非营利性体育组织的发展做出展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition for the connotation of civil society,it analyzed the present condition of the lagging development of civil society in our country,pointed out that there existed striking problems not only in the quantity of relevant social organizations standing for the people's interests,but also in their quality of exercising social functions,considered that the lagging development of civil society led to the dissimilation of no-profit-seeking sports social organizations,the concrete expression of which were: the dissimilation of this kind of sports organizations' no-profit-seeking characteristics and their impulse to make money was getting stronger day by day,the dissimilation of the present no-profit-seeking sports organizations' attribute of "looking like government's but not" and of "belonging to people but not",their functional dissimilation and the loss of their public nature as well as the dissimilation in their participation,and looked forward the future development of no-profit-seeking sports organizations in our country. |
