| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料等研究方法，认为，体育人力资的产权交易是体育资本经营的重要方面；体育人力资本产权交易具有不完整性，不确定性和变动性的特点，体育人力资本经营的产权交易中有信息费用，交易过程费用和再交易费用，建立有序的体育人力资本产权交易市场，关键在于培养体育人力资本的产权主体。

| Abstract: | By documentation and other methods, the present study finds that the property right trades of sports human capital is the important aspect of sports capital management; they are of incompleteness, indetermination and fluctuation; there are information expense, trade process expense and re trade expense in the property right trades of sports human capital, and it is essential to train the property right subjects of sports human capital so as to establish the orderly market of property right trades for sports human capital. |
