| 摘 要： | 自强不息是中华民族精神的重要组成部分，它是中华民族绵延和赓续的精神动力。这种民族精神在弘扬中发展，又在发展中弘扬。张海迪精神和“抗击非典”精神分别反映了改革开放以后个体和民族集体自强不息的精神风貌。从这两种精神，我们不但看到自强不息的民族精神的发展和弘扬，也看到这种精神必将是中华民族屹立于世界民族之林的重要支撑。
