| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法，对参加第28届奥运会各国体育代表团所获前8名结构数量等指标进行分析，以期对下一轮次奥运周期目标定位、计划的制定与实施提供理论依据。研究表明，本届奥运会之后，世界竞技体坛已形成了集团间界岭分明、集团内部竞争激烈、以美国为主导的“一霸多极”的新格局；北京奥运会上，我国的基本竞技目标定位应是争取第二集团的首位，即“超俄”；而我国的发展性竞技目标定位则是“超美”。
