| 摘 要： | 现代教学多媒体组合的应用，是教学观念、教学形式、教学手段的变革。它让学生在看、听、练、思、讲等多种感官下接受大量的知识信息，发展思维，进而突破教学难点，提高学生认识的水平。笔者对排球运动的裁判理论进行应用研究，旨在为排球裁判教学过程的优化，为提高教学的质量提供有益的思路。

| Abstract: | Appliance of multimedia teaching is the reforms of teaching ideas,teaching forms and means.By this kind of mean,students can receive a vast amount of knowledge,develope thinking and then preceed to break through teaching difficulties and enhance students level of understanding.The aim of this article is to opitimize volleyball referee teaching,and to offer a beneficial thinking for improving volleyball teachings quality. |
