| 摘 要： | 目的:研究平衡木直体后空翻动作串的运动学特征和技术特点,为平衡木运动员进行此动作技术的训练提供理论依据和技术参考。方法:对谭思欣直体后空翻动作串进行运动学分析,获取相关数据。结果:谭思欣的直体后空翻动作串还不够稳定,对该动作串的控制情况还不够好。结论:谭思欣并腿后手翻双脚蹬离要快速有力,蹬离和推离过程中双脚都要同步发力,最后的双脚落木也要同步。

| Abstract: | Objective： Kinematical characteristics and technical features of two minor flips and Saho bwd stretched with legs together were studied to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for this action. Methods： Two minor flips and Salto bwd stretched with legs together in Tan Sixin in women＇ s Balance Beam was analyzed to get relevant data. Results ： Two minor flips and Salto bwd stretched with legs together of Tan Sixin was not stable, her control ability was not very well. Conclusion ： Her feet or hands should push off at the same time, and her feet also should touch the balance beam at the same time in the end of two minor flips and Salto bwd stretched with legs together. |
