| 摘 要： | 依据《国家学生体质健康标准》,对福州市中等职业学校学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等3方面的测试数据进行统计,并与全国2010年全国《国民体质监测公报》中13-19岁青少年各项体质指标平均数进行比较,找出职业中专学生与全国同龄学生体质健康的差异所在,并分析其主要原因,同时对职业中专学生体质健康的发展提出进一步改进的对策。

| Abstract: | According to the National Student Physical Health Standard,the test data of the three aspects of the secondary vocational school students in Fuzhou,body shape,physical function,physical statistics,and the national 2010,national physique monitoring bulletin 13-19year-old youth of the average body mass index were compared to indentify the differences of the vocational school students and the national age students physical health and to analyze the main reason for the development of vocational school students physical health,suggestions for further improvement of countermeasures. |
