| 摘 要： | 本文通过对福建省游泳队数名蛙泳运动员两种出发技术参数进行分析比较,讨论蹲踞式与抓台式出发技术的优劣,认为蹲踞式优于抓台式技术,并提出一些针对性的训练方法,以期为游泳比赛采用蹲踞式出发技术提供参考.

| Abstract: | This papr analyzes and compares the technical parameters of two block start with several breaststroker of Fujian swimming team and discusses the quality between track start and grab start,finds that track start technique is better than grab start and put forward a kinds of specific training methods,to look forward to provide the reference for using the track start technique. |
