| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和比较分析法，对福建省田径竞技水平的现状进行了分析，指出福建田径竞技水平在第12届全运会上取得优异成绩的同时，一些传统优势项目依然在爬坡没有良好表现，新老队员交替以及队伍管理上存在一些不足等现象，针对以上问题为使福建田径再创新高，作者提出了一系列的对策。

| Abstract: | The actuality of the track field competition level in Fujian was analyzed through documents, expert interviews and comparison analysis. The results showed the achievements the track and field competition level made in The 12th the National Games, at the same time, the track and field competition level in Fujian was also faced with some problems, such as the transition from the old to the new and team management. The paper put forward a series of to solve the above problems and to improve the track and field in Fujian. |
