| 摘 要： | 习惯的培养教育，在中外教育史上受到许多教育家的重视。我国知识分子健康状况不 良的原因，主要是平时缺乏体育锻炼的习惯，要想改善我国知识分子的健康状况，在高校体育教学中必须重视培养学生体育锻炼的习惯。
