| 摘 要： | 竞技体育向高校发展是世界竞技体育发展的一大趋势,是我国竞技体育训练体制改革的重要途径,也是我国高校自身发展和与国际接轨的内在需要。从1986年至今,是我国高校竞技体育改革的“始发期”,改革积累了宝贵经验。与美国高校竞技体育比较,认为：新时期高校竞技体育的改革应以促成常规化的“校际体育竞赛”为切入点,带动高校竞技体育训练、科研及管理体制的改革,推动整个高校竞技体育的前行：它将有助于我国竞技体育训练体制改革的成功,而且有益于我国培养当代高水平“文化体育人”之事业。

| Abstract: | Competitive sport is showing a major tendency to develop in colleges all over the world. It is an important way to reform the training system of it; it is also showing the necessity of the development of the colleges themselves and joining up with the international competitive sport. Since 1986,we have been in a “First Period”in the reform of competitive sport in colleges of our country. It has accumulated a certain amount of experience, Compared with thet in the USA, the further reform in colleges in a new period should take a regular sports competition among colleger as an inseit to promote the reform of training, scientific research and the system of the administration, and meanwhile, push the competitive sport in colleges forward. The development of the reform will be of great benefit not only to the success in the reform of training system of the competitive sport of our country but also to the cause of cultivating quality "educated athletes". |
