平衡木团身前空翻转体180度的运动学分析

摘    要:通过对眭禄和张业琳子团身前空翻转体180度动作进行运动学分析,得到相关运动学数据。以研究平衡木团身前空翻转体180度动作的运动学特征,为平衡木运动员练习团身前空翻转体180度动作提供技术参考。结果显示:在腾空阶段,眭禄的转体速度稍慢;眭禄落木缓冲技术更好,但稳定性需进一步提高。结论:在腾空阶段,眭禄应加快转体速度;在落木阶段,眭禄应提高落木的稳定性。

Abstract:Analyzing Salto fwd tucked with 1/2 twist of Sui Lu and Zhangye lin - zi' s Balance Beam for getting relevant data, it researched on the Kinematical characteristics of Salto fwd tucked with 1/2 twist to provide reference for Gymnasts. Resuilt: Sui Lu' s twist was slower than Zhang' s. Sui Lu' s cushion was better than Zhang' s, but her cushion stability must be improved. Conclusion : Sui Lu' s body should be twisted faster and her landing stability should be better.
