| 摘 要： | 对福州市老年人体质及健身意识的调查结果进行分析 ,结果表明 :福州市老年人体态正常 ,男性的肺功能、力量和平衡能力好于女性 ,但女性身体柔韧性较好。 78 0 %的老年人喜欢健身 ,健身的主要目的是增强体质 ,对运动无兴趣是影响老年人健身的主要因素。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the result of the investigation of physique and sports consumption in Fuzhou to show that:The status of the aged people is common. The male is better than female in vital capacity index strength and balance, Yet the female's flexibility is better. 78 0% of the aged like physical training and the main objective is to built a strong body. It is the main reason that the aged have little interest in sports which influence them to do physical exercises. |
