| 摘 要： | "低碳经济"是低能耗、低污染、低排放的一种经济模式,改善生态系统环境、实现经济和自然环境和谐发展的可持续发展经济模式。全民健身关系人民群众身体健康和生活幸福,便是践行"低能耗、低污染、低排放"的"低碳生活"的极佳方式,同时,低碳的生活方式又可以促进人们身体素质的提高,二者相互促进,为人们的生活带来良性循环。我国《全民健身计划纲要》倡导健康生活方式,开展"终身体育"教育。"终身低碳"正符合人体自身健康需要和全球生态发展的需要。为了实现低碳时代的全民健身,我们必须完善政府跨部门合作机制,统筹协调低碳全民健身行动,同时进行一体化的全民宣传教育,设定具体可行的目标,建立切实有效的反馈途径。

| Abstract: | ＂Low - Carbon Economy＂ is an economic model of low energy - consumption, low pollution and low emission. It is a sustainable development economic model of improving ecological environment and actualizing harmonious development of economic and natural environments. On the other hand, National Fitness influences the health and happiness of national people. It is a better way to actualize the low -carbon living of ＂low energy -con- sumption, low pollution and low emission＂. Simultaneously Low - Carbon living style can also contribute to strengthen and improve human body quality. National Fitness and Low - Carbon living style are mutual influenced. China＇ s National Fitness Program promotes national fitness living style and life - long fitness education. And life - long low - carbon living style also fulfills the need for people＇ s health and global ecological development. To actualize national fitness in low - carbon generation, we should improve the corporation between different government departments, help coordinate low - carbon national fitness activities, have national - wide promotion and education, establish feasible objectives and effective feedback channels. |
