| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动的不断发展 ,心理素质在比赛中的作用越来越重要 ,它直接影响着一个运动员技战术水平的发挥 ,决定着比赛的结果 ,心理素质已成为评定优秀篮球运动员的一个重要指标。通过这方面的分析 ,能为篮球运动员临场比赛时调整自己心理状态 ,提供一定的心理依据
