| 摘 要： | 我国职业篮球联赛正在形成和发展之中 ,通过研究美国职业篮球 (NBA)市场的发展轨迹 ,从6个方面分析了它的特征与运作过程 :以俱乐部为骨架的职业联盟 ;以市场为导向的职业市场 ;以严密的法律和游戏规则为指针 ;以超前的经营理念为发展方向 ;以明星效应与各种媒体的精心组合为焦点 ;以转会市场及选秀制度规范了竞争的公平性。经过对比分析 ,提出了我国职业篮球市场在变迁过程中存在的差异及由此发展的对策。
