| 摘 要： | 分析认为，实现学生健康素质发展的培养目标，首先要确立技能教学与健康素质发展互动的学习方式。互动学习方式应从健康素质的内涵和指导思想，教学目标的确定、学习内容的选择、教学方法的创新运用等方面实施教学过程，以落实大学生健康素质发展目标，增强体育教学的效益。

| Abstract: | Technical aility learning is the main content,which plays the rd of developing students health quality and puts forward new task and requirement of P.E education and development of stuents health We think that to reach the targets of health-quality,to stong the process of training the student'role-quality in teaching practice in order to make the students happy,to help to develop their intellectual resources,and to help them to get stronger physical bodies.To promote teaching design and put forward teaching process,the determination of technical-ability teaching contents and targets,the methods and mediums used,the teaching evaluation system must be considered;the differentiation and the alternative of technical-ability teaching contents,students' initiative and the teachers' domination shall be improved in teaching designing and practicing. |
