| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、访谈法和文献法,对福州市健身俱乐部健美操指导员的基本情况、指导动机以及健身课的授课情况进行调查,分析了目前福州市健美操指导员的现状,提出了建立和完善福州市健美操指导员队伍的对策,为学校和健身俱乐部更好地培养和使用健美操指导员提供借鉴和指导。

| Abstract: | By a questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,logic analysis,interviews and documents of the frtness club in Fuzhou Aerobics instructor basic,guiding motivation and fitness classes teaching conditions,analysis of the current Fuzhou Aerobics Instructor status,the creation and improvement of Fuzhou Aerobics instructor contingent measures,schools and fitness clubs for better training and the use of reference and guidance for the Aerobics Instructor. |
