摘    要:目的:分析田径运动员发生运动损伤的风险因素。方法:通过对136名男性田径运动员进行身体测试及运动损伤情况调查,测试内容包括:身高、体重﹑体成分﹑关节柔韧性﹑关节稳定性,在此基础上分析田径运动中发生运动损伤的危险因素。结果:腘绳肌拉伤的主要危险因素是年龄因素(OR值=1.31)和陈旧性损伤(OR值=9.81);而腹股沟部拉伤的主要危险因素有二,一是陈旧性损伤(OR值=9.62),二是髋关节外展ROM值的减小(OR值=0.96);此外,膝关节扭伤和踝关节扭伤的主要危险因素也是陈旧性损伤(OR值分别为3.28和6.57)。结论:年龄和陈旧性损伤是造成田径运动损伤的最大危险因素。

Abstract:Objective:To identify the risk factors of injuries for track and field athletes.Methods:using a multivariate model.Participants were 136 male track and field athletes before the track and field season started,the following factors were examined:height,weight,body composition,flexbility,joint stability,and history of previous injury.Injuries were recorded throughout the season.Results:For hamstring strains,the significant risk factors were age(OR=1.31),and previous hamstring strains(OR=9.81).For groin strains,the predictor risk factors were previous groin strains(OR=9.62)and decreased range of motion in hip abduction(OR=0.96).Previous injury was also identified as risk factor for knee(OR=3.28)and ankle sprains(OR=6.57).Conclusion:It is age and old injuries that are the biggest risk factors for the track and field injuries.
