| 摘 要： | 唯物辩证法是指导我们分析和解决问题的基本思想方法， 它能引导我们正确地看待事物， 科学地分析矛盾。站在唯物辩证法的立场上， 结合我国优秀运动队管理工作实际， 从运动队队风、运动员发展变化的规律以及实际存在的诸问题来探讨对运动队的管理， 为运动训练提供借鉴。
