| 摘 要： | 应用摄像电脑分析技术等研究手段,依据运动生物力学原理划分腾空摆莲540度接雀地龙的技术动作环节,确定针对性训练监测指标,及时诊断技术动作,实施助力辅助练习和模拟比赛负荷强度训练。结果显示,运动员大幅增加了腾空转体度数并建立了理想的技术动作模式。 |

| Abstract: | Using the method of camera shooting and computer analysis techniques etc,we measured off the skilled movement of "outward leg swing in flight with 3/2 turn into Qve Di Long splitted legs"according to its sport biomechanics principle and characteristic to determine the pertinence monitor indexes for diagnosing the technique movement in time.Then carry out additional force auxiliary exercise and simulating match load training.The result of this research indicates that the athletes' rotation degree in flight increased significantly.It is proved that the method is helpful for setting up the ideal skilled movement. |
