| 摘 要： | 在阐明社区体育内涵的基础上,从科学发展观的视角,提出了社区体育发展的战略目标、指导方针、社区体育保障机制的框架,并分析了在全面建设小康社会阶段,社区体育保障运行的模式,在指导思想和实施战略上要实现三个创新,即功能创新、结构创新、活动创新及三个突破,即体制上突破、政策、法规上突破、场地设施上突破。

| Abstract: | In the exposition society area sports connotation foundation,from the science development view angle of view,proposed society the area sports development strategic target,the directive,society the ares.Sports safeguard movement mechanism and the management system frame,and analyzed in the comprehensive construction well-off society stage,society area sports asfeguard mechanism movement form.In order to cause society area sports safeguard mechanism smooth movement,must realize three innovations in guiding ideology and implementation strategy,namely the function innovation,the structure innovation,the active innovation and three breakthroughs,namely in the system breakd through,in the policy,the laws and regulations breaks through,in the location installation construction breaks through. |
