The analysis of the Two Mode of Football Talents Growth of Natural Selection and Artificial Rearing |

| Abstract: | Higher level of football team depends on the quality and quantity of talents. The two mode of talents growth, natural selection and artificial rearing, were analyzed in this paper to explore the path for the development and cultivation of the talents. In the mode of natural selection, the players develop aspiration, interest and athletic level in various league from low to high based on the growth and development of the body, and the superior were se- lected while the inferior were eliminated following the rule of survival of the fittest and self - selection, which en- tirely respect the individual selection and adaptation, promoting the sustainable emergency and development of the talents, and made great contribution for the football of the Europe, South America, and for all. In the artificial rea- ring mode, the players were trained through different levels of training or games, fully respecting the organization, management, selection and training of the team, but the sustainable development of this mode were irffluenced such as the isolation between inner system and outer system, the maladjustment between government selection and play- ers growth, the imbalance between football skills and other knowledge, the deviation between and spirit develop- ment and Chasing utility. The Chinese football league haven＇ t get rid of the mode of the artificial rearing, in order to adapt to the world football development and individual needs, and Chinese football should reform the system for talent growth and re -energize the football. |
