| 摘 要： | 本课题对福州市 16 81名成年人进行了体质监测 ,测试内容包括形态指标、机能指标和体能指标。结果表明 ,福州市成年人随着年龄增长 ,身高均值下降 ,体形逐渐变胖 ,机能水平逐渐下渐 ,体能素质显著下降。

| Abstract: | A research has been made on the physique of 1681 adults in Fuzhou. The test includes anthropometre, function and body capacity. The result shows that:While they are getting older, the adults are getting fatter, and their stature, function level and body capacity will obviously decrease. |
