| 摘 要： | 运用实验法和问卷调查法,对篮球教学中构建学习型组织进行教学的实效性进行了分析,认为使用学习型组织教学效果优于传统模式;更有利于篮球技术掌握;更能够调动学生对篮球运动的兴趣;更有利于锻炼习惯的养成,并分析了构建学习型组织的原则和基本技能。

| Abstract: | By testing and questionnaire,this article analyses the actual effects of building studying organization in basketball teaching.It is concluded that it is more effective than the traditional teaching model,and more profit to grasping the basketball skills,mobilizing students interest,forming the habit of excising.It also analyses the principles and basic skills to build studying organization. |
