| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,比较法,逻辑分析法等方法,通过分析对比西方国家体育管理体制和运行机制,明确社会共同需要是市场经济条件下界定国家体育公共事业职能范围的客观标准。在社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,我国体育事业和公共体育服务要健康、可持续发展,体育事业的改革就势在必行。而民营化改革能降低体育事业运行的成本,提高体育事业管理运行的效率,刺激并促进民间资本参与体育事业,推动中国体育事业不断深入与持续发展。 |

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature material, comparative and logical analysis, the paper analyze and comparison the sport management system and operation mechanism in the west countries, clear the objective criterion about function range of national sports public is common demand in the market econo- my. Sports career reform is imperative if public sport serv.ice have a healthy and sustainable develop- ment. Privatization reform can reduce the cost, improve the efficiency, and absorb private capital, pro- mote the sports career has further and sustainable development. |
