| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查访谈法等针对学生裁判员在临场执裁过程中产生“怯场”心理的成因作出分析,并提出相应的对策研究,旨在使学生裁判员的能力和自信心得到提高,执裁时排除外界干扰,保持心理稳定,充分发挥执裁水平,顺利完成比赛任务。
