| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,对退役运动员适应高校体育教学工作过程中遇到的各种问题进行调查。结果表明:退役运动员在适应大学课堂教学行为能力上适应程度较高,并能加强自身业务知识、技术、技能的学习,有效提高课堂教学效率。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview, this research has carried out the investigation to the various problems encountered in the process of the college physical education teaching. The results show that the retired athletes in the adaptation ability of teaching and learning behavior in university classroom presents higher degree, and they can strengthen their business knowledge, techniques and skills of learning, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. |
