| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对我国唯一一个以国家计划单列形式参加全运会的特殊社会组织:新疆生产建设兵团竞技体育人力资源培养的现状进行了调查研究.并依次为基础提出了:改革管理体制和运行机制;加大投资力度,改善训练条件;建立各种人才培养长期计划及终极目标,引进人才竞争机制;建立和完善人才培养的奖惩制度和社会保障制度;和其他省市的交流与合作;发挥石河子大学服务地方的优势,扩大人力资源培养的规模等对策和建议.

| Abstract: | By methods of document and questionnaire interview,this paper researches into an investigation of current situation of competitive sports human resource in Xinjiang production and construction corps which is the unique national social organization participating in National Games.On the basis of it,the paper raises some suggestions like reforming management system and operating mechanism,strengthening investing,improving training condition,building various long range personnel training,introducing competitive talented person system,founding and perfecting personnel training system of rewards and penalties and the social security system,expanding the city exchange and cooperation,and taking advantages of Shihezi university to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
