| 摘 要： | 优秀运动员退役时承受着巨大的心理压力,其退役心理调整是一个复杂的、长期的社会系统工程.从分析优秀运动员退役时的情绪反应模式人手,探讨了运动员退役的心理调整因素,并构建了优秀运动员退役角色转换过程模型.为做好优秀运动员退役时的心理调整和安置工作提供参考.

| Abstract: | The process of psychological adjustment is a complex and long-term society system for the outstanding athletes who are under great psychological pressure This paper analizes the responded mood pattern, psychological adjustment factors and transition process model when the athletes face retirement in order to provide references for psychological adjustment and retirement arrangement. |
