| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料研究和调查问卷,对长沙、株洲、湘潭地区残疾人体育的发展现状进行调查分析,并对残疾人文化程度、残疾人参加体育活动的形式、项目、原因和影响残疾人体育发展的积极因素与存在的问题等方面进行论述,旨在为进一步开展我国的残疾人体育事业提供参考依据.同时,对我国残疾人体育事业的发展提出了若干建议,更好的促进《全民健身计划》的全面实施.

| Abstract: | By way of literature retrieval and questionnaire,the present situation of physical exercises of the disabled!in the region of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan has been very clear and the following aspects have been analyzed: education background,reasons,sports items that the disabled take part in,positive and negative elements that have effects on the development of sports of the disabled.It is expected to promote the development and carry out "The Plan of Keeping National Fitness". |
