Abstract:By the use of literature,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics the paper discussed the methods and core strength training means of the 13-15 year-old young women gymnastics athletes.The results showed: Through the evaluation of core strength training such as the static nature of squat,full weight-bearing squat,weight squat,lying with hip raised,arm bow hold,control abdomen,flat bench push-ups and so,the five quality indicators have a significant difference,with statistic significance,indicating that this experimental means of improving the quality of the core strength is effective,worth of promotion.
