| 摘 要： | 以探索教育的理念为基础,从学生主观能动性为出发点,基于思维指导行为的模式优化体育教学过程,探讨探索课程引入高校体育教学的可行性和所注意的问题,让学生从体验和分享中提升体育的认识,促进学生主动参与体育锻炼,提升学生综合素质的目的。
