| 摘 要： | 通过对咸宁市10所中学学生和教师进行随机抽样调查，通过教师和学生对健美操运动所持态度、锻炼价值、场地器材以及开设健美操课的必要性等进行分析研究，通过对健美操将能否纳入中学体育课的研究分析，论证了健美操纳入咸宁市中学体育课的可行性。

| Abstract: | This article carries on the random sampling investigation to 10 middle school students and teachers in Xianning about their exercise value,location equipments as well as the necessity of starting healthy.Through the analysis of the feasibility of whether integrating body-building exercises into middle school physical education,it advices to integrate aerobics into middle school physical education in the city of Xianning. |
