| 摘 要： | 通过查阅文献资料，专家咨询与长期实践，收集了大量提高投篮命中率的训练方法，经运用体育统计理论分析处理，优化出4种训练方法，在普通高校运动队的训练中进行对比实验。实验证明，用优化出的训练方法训练，更有效的提高了运动员投篮命中率。

| Abstract: | On the basis of looking up the documents and data,consulting the experts and long term practice,many training programs are collected for improving the percentage of hits in baskets shooting. By using the physical statistic theories four training methods are optimized. The result shows that the four methods are proved to be more effective than the ordinany methods in contrast with the experiments between sport teams of common colleges. |
