| 摘 要： | 采用数理统计法、资料分析法，对武陵地区籍大学生的身体形态、身体素质及运动能力的现状进行分析，并与全国同龄组的平均值进行比较，研究发现，武陵山区大学生的身高、体重明显低于全国平均值，女生身体素质差距尤其突出。建议：加强学校体育的软、硬件建设，重视女学生身体素质的提高，加强学生的体育理论知识等。

| Abstract: | Applying the methods of mathe statistics and data analysis,the author studies the physical conditions of college students in Wulin district and compares with college students in other parts of China.The author finds that they are much inferior in hight and weight.The author suggests that effective measures should be taken to improve their physical conditions. |
